I'm Bill Johnson. I have been in the automotive service industry all my life. I started servicing fuel injectors in 1994 when I bought my first ASNU flow bench. At the time I used it to service my customers injectors and started offering the service to local independent shops and dealers. Since those days I have closed the auto shop and offer fuel injection service and products full time. We have learned a lot in these fifteen years and use our knowledge to help you with your fuel injection needs. We operate a full service fuel injector shop in Coeur d' alene Idaho and service injectors from all around the country. We sell parts and parts kits in the US and abroad.
Policy - Shipping, Handling, Payment Options, Warranties
Shipping and Handling If we receive your order before 2:00pm Pacific time it will go out the following morning. If it's after 2:00pm then it will go out the following afternoon. The exception to this is orders that arrive on Friday. In that case the order will go out the following Monday.
We offer the following shipping methods: Free Standard Shipping on all Domestic Orders If you need quicker shipping you can select USPS Express for $20.00. Express will get it there the next day or 2nd day depending on location and what time of day we are able to mail it. Before you complete your check out you will be offered your final shipping choice. International standard shipping is $10.00 for up to $60.00 in purchases and ships USPS First Class International. Purchases over $60.00 ship USPS Priority International Flat Rate for $20.00.
Parts Warranty If there are any defects in your parts return them within 30 days with the invoice for a refund or replacement.
Injector Warranty We guarantee used injectors for one year unlimited mileage. Send them in with your invoice for service or replacement.
Injector Service Warranty We guarantee the performance of your injectors after service for one year. We don't cover any defect in your cores. Case leaks and electrical problems are not covered. To obtain a service recheck you must send in your invoice with the injectors and our contact form filled out.
Payment Options We use Paypal payment in our store which allows you to pay with your credit card even if you are not a Paypal member. Paypal members can pay directly with their Paypal account. You can also place a phone order with your Visa or Mastercard at 208-762-3450
